🎯 CHALLENGE: Can AI build you a customer-acquisition machine? 🏆 REWARD: Lead Hunter + Content Creator (employees #5 & #6).

💡 1. WHY THIS MATTERS

A product nobody sees makes €0. This is where most people quit — they don't know how to get attention. You're going to hire two employees that solve it: a Content Creator that makes attention (posts that pull people in) and a Lead Hunter that finds where your customers already hang out. Distribution is the real game. Now you have a team for it.

The Content Creator turns your brand into 30 TikTok/Reel ideas — hooks, scripts, captions, hashtags — in one pass. The Lead Hunter lists the exact subreddits, TikTok hashtags, Discords, and student groups where your buyers scroll. You stop shouting into the void and start showing up where they are.
